Who we are

Ceylon NFC sells NFC cards and Google review cards in Sri Lanka. If you have any question about this policy or your data, write to ceylonnfc@gmail.com.

Your account

You sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier, and store them so we can recognise you on your next visit and attach your orders to you. We never receive your Google password.

Orders

When you place an order we store:

  • the contact name and phone number you enter
  • the delivery address, city and postal code
  • the items ordered, the amounts, and any note you add
  • the payment slip you upload, so we can confirm your payment

Payment slips are held in private storage and are only readable through short-lived links generated when a member of our team opens them. We do not receive or store your card or bank login details.

Analytics

Only if you accept the consent banner, we use two tools to understand how the shop is used:

  • Google Analytics, which counts page views and how people move through the shop.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are scrolled and clicked. It runs in strict masking mode, so the text you type and the text on the page are hidden before anything is sent.

Neither tool loads until you accept. If you decline, nothing is requested from Google or Microsoft at all.

What is stored in your browser

We store a sign-in token so you stay signed in, and your answer to the consent banner so we do not ask again. If you accept analytics, Google and Microsoft also store their own identifiers.

Your choices

You can change your analytics decision at any time. Doing so reloads the page, which is what actually stops any tool already running.

Keeping and deleting your data

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for our business and accounting records. To ask for your account and its data to be deleted, email ceylonnfc@gmail.com and we will confirm once it is done.
